diabetic chai tea


this is a recipe we got from a friend and then adapted it to our own tastes.

  1. Heat water to boiling
  2. Add tea bags
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes
  4. Depending on how strong you like your tea
  5. Remove tea bags and add spices
  6. Simmer for additional 2 minutes
  7. Add milk and splenda
  8. Heat to a near boil stirring constantly
  9. Serve and enjoy
