  1. Preheat oven to 350 f
  2. Line 10 muffin cups with paper liners
  3. Sift together flour
  4. Baking powder
  5. Salt
  6. Set aside
  7. Beat together margarine
  8. Splenda
  9. And honey with an electric mixer until light and fluffy
  10. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition
  11. Stir in vanilla
  12. Alternately stir in flour mixture and milk
  13. Beginning and ending with flour mixture
  14. Fold in berries
  15. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups
  16. And bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  17. About 25-30 minutes
  18. Cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack
  19. Remove from pan
  20. Cool completely on wire rack
