  1. Trim fat from beef steak
  2. Cut beef into 3 / 4-inch cubes
  3. Place beef in glass or plastic bowl
  4. Mix remaining ingredients
  5. Pour over beef
  6. Cover and refrigerate
  7. Stirring occasionally
  8. At least 1 hour
  9. Thread 6 beef cubes on each of 5 skewers
  10. Brush with marinade
  11. Set oven control to broil
  12. Broil kabobs with tops about 4 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes

  16. 5 to 6 minutes longer
