Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees f
  2. Cut the meat into cubes
  3. In a bowl
  4. Combine the flour
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. And cinnamon
  7. Toss the cubed meat in the flour mixture
  8. Heat the butter and oil together in a large pan over medium temperature
  9. And add the meat
  10. Gently brown on all sides
  11. About 7 to 8 minutes
  12. Add all the chopped vegetables and other ingredients except for half and half and the parsley
  13. Transfer to an ovenproof dish
  14. Cover and bake at 325 degrees f for 60 minutes
  15. Just before serving stir in the cream
  16. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
