  1. In a large saucepan
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil
  3. 1 turn of the pan
  4. Over medium-high heat
  5. Add the rice
  6. Toast
  7. Stirring
  8. For a minute or two
  9. Add 1 1 / 2 cups chicken broth
  10. Lower the heat
  11. Cover and simmer until tender
  12. About 17 minutes
  13. In a medium skillet
  14. Bring enough water to reach a depth of 1 inch to a boil
  15. Salt it
  16. Add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes
  17. Drain and rinse with cold water
  18. In a large skillet
  19. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons oil
  20. 2 turns of the pan
  21. Over high heat until rippling
  22. Add the chicken and cook until golden
  23. 3 to 4 minutes
  24. Add the red pepper and cook until just softened
  25. 3 minutes
  26. Add the green beans and cook
  27. Tossing
  28. For 1 minute
  29. In a bowl
  30. Mix together the tamari
  31. Honey
  32. Hot sauce
  33. Mustard and remaining 1 / 2 cup chicken broth
  34. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables
  35. Toss
  36. Drizzle the sesame oil over the chicken
  37. Stir the scallions into the rice and fluff with a fork
  38. Serve the chicken over the rice and top with the sesame seeds
  39. And pepper
  40. Cover to keep warm
