  1. Combine the melted butter with the cake mix
  2. Mixture should be crumbly
  3. If butter is too hot
  4. It will just be sticky
  5. Reserve 1 1 / 2 cups of the mixture for topping
  6. Pat the remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 9"x13" casserole
  7. Combine the peanut butter and the marshmallow creme together and spread evenly over the crumb mixture pressed into the pan
  8. Crumble the reserved 1 1 / 2 cups of cake mixture over the fluffernutter layer
  9. Bake 20 minutes at 350f
  10. Cool and cut into approximately 36 bars
