  1. Preheat oven to 350f / 175c
  2. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan
  3. Cut 1 / 3 slice off top of each tomato
  4. Reserve tops for "lids"
  5. Remove seeds from each tomato
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan
  7. Add garlic
  8. Breadcrumbs and chopped parsley
  9. Mix well
  10. Remove from heat
  11. Add cayenne pepper
  12. Paprika
  13. Mustard
  14. Cheese and salt
  15. Mix well
  16. Spoon mixture into tomatoes and form in neat mounds
  17. Pressing gently in shape with finger
  18. Put reserved "lids" on top
  19. Arrange tomatoes
  20. Cut sides up
  21. In greased pan
  22. And bake for 15 minutes
  23. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot
