  1. In a large bowl
  2. Combine the buttermilk
  3. Mustard
  4. Garlic
  5. And red pepper
  6. Add the chicken pieces
  7. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight
  8. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees f
  9. In a shallow bowl
  10. Combine the crumbs
  11. Cheese
  12. Sage
  13. And rosemary
  14. Dredge the chicken pieces in the crumb mixture and place them on a rack in a baking pan
  15. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pricked with a fork
  16. If desired
  17. Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until golden
