the devil must have made me put so much hot sauce in this chicken dish that it leaves your mouth on fire. please use less if you want the nice flavor but less heat.

  1. In a large bowl
  2. Make the marinade by mixing
  3. Together hot pepper sauce
  4. Water
  5. Mustard
  6. And pepper
  7. Add chicken
  8. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour
  9. While chicken is marinating make the coating
  10. In a bowl
  11. Place the breadcrumbs
  12. Flour
  13. Oil
  14. Garlic powder
  15. Onion powder
  16. Poultry seasoning
  17. Cornstarch
  18. Salt
  19. Sugar and paprika
  20. Blend until thoroughly mixed
  21. Put the bread crumb mixture in a shallow dish
  22. Remove the chicken from the marinade and add to the crumb mixture
  23. One piece at a time
  24. Turning to coat
  25. Place chicken in single layer
  26. In a shallow baking sheet
  27. Bake in 400 f oven for 15 minutes
  28. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is fork tender
