this recipe comes from byrn's cook "what can i bring?" she says it is a delicious meal, fit for company; so i am saving it here for future reference.

  1. Place rack in center of oven
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  3. Place honey
  4. Ketchup
  5. Butter
  6. Brown sugar
  7. Lemon juice and garlic powder in a small saucepan
  8. Simmer about 5 minutes
  9. Keep heat low
  10. Remove from heat
  11. Rinse pork and dry with paper towels
  12. Place in a large roasting pan or 2 9x13 glass dishes
  13. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and additional garlic powder
  14. Generously brush tops of meat with mustard
  15. Bake uncovered 15 minutes and then brush with honey glaze
  16. Continue baking 2 hours
  17. Brushing every 15 minutes
  18. Let meat rest 20 minutes before serving
