chocolate chip banana pancakes


this is just like an banana chocolate chip muffin but its a pancake! you can add all the chocolate chips into the batter instead of using some to garnish. enjoy!

  1. Combine flour
  2. Sugar
  3. Baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl
  4. After mixing well stir in milk
  5. Banana
  6. Egg and vanilla
  7. Fold in 1 / 4 cup chocolate chips
  8. Heat a griddle
  9. Sprayed with oil on medium heat
  10. Pour batter onto griddle making 3 inch rounds
  11. Cook about two minutes or until tops are bubbly
  12. Flip pancake and cook for another minute or until golden
  13. Prepare remaining pancake batter as directed adding more spray if needed
  14. Place on individual plates and sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips
