  1. Preheat oven to 350 coat 9 square baking pan with cooking spray
  2. Flour lightly
  3. Combine flour
  4. Sugar
  5. Baking soda and salt
  6. In bowl mash bananas
  7. Stir in oil and eggs until just combined
  8. Stir in chips
  9. Pour batter into pan
  10. Bake 40 mins or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
  11. Cool in pan on rack for 15 mins
  12. Remove from pan and cool completely
