  1. In a large mixing bowl
  2. Using your hand
  3. Combine butter
  4. Peanut butter
  5. Sugar
  6. Rice cereal and mini chocolate morsels
  7. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a parchment lined sheet pan in the freezer
  8. In a double boiler
  9. Over simmering water
  10. Melt semisweet morsels
  11. Stir constantly until melted and smooth
  12. With a fork
  13. Dip the frozen balls in melted chocolate
  14. Place on a cool cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  15. Place in freezer for 5 to 10 minutes until the chocolate has set
  16. Store the balls in an airtight container at room temperature
