  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f
  2. Beat sugar
  3. Oil
  4. Eggs
  5. And applesauce
  6. Add flour
  7. Soda
  8. Salt
  9. Cinnamon

  11. Beat well
  12. Pour into 9x13 inch pan
  13. Bake at 375 degree f oven for 15 minutes
  14. Remove cake and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top
  15. Return to oven and bake 15-25 minutes longer
  16. Does not need icing
