Steps

  1. Cream 14 tablespoons butter and sugar
  2. Add egg and beat well
  3. Beat in almond and vanilla
  4. Sift together flour
  5. Cinnamon
  6. And salt
  7. Add to creamed mixture
  8. Blend in 6 ounces of chips
  9. Chill till workable
  10. Take a tablespoon of dough for each cookie shape into fingers and place on greased cookie sheet
  11. Sprinkle with sugar
  12. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  13. Cool on rack
  14. Dip one side of cookie in chocolate
  15. Place on waxed paper till set
