imagine a a flour tortilla wrapped around your favorite chocolate bar then deep fried to a golden crisp and served with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and garnished with chocolate shavings and a falling of cinnamon. :)

  1. Place 1 candy bar just below center of 1 tortilla
  2. Fold bottom of tortilla up and over candy bar just until partially covered
  3. Fold left and right sides of tortilla over
  4. Roll up
  5. And place
  6. Seam side down
  7. On a baking sheet
  8. Repeat procedure with remaining candy bars and tortillas
  9. Freeze 20 minutes
  10. Pour oil to depth of 1 inch into a large skillet
  11. Heat to 375 degrees
  12. Place 2 tortillas
  13. Seam sides down
  14. In hot oil
  15. Gently pressing with tongs for a few seconds to seal
  16. Fry tortillas 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown
  17. Drain on paper towels
