  1. Into large microwavable bowl
  2. Measure cereal
  3. Set aside
  4. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper
  5. In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup
  6. Microwave brown sugar
  7. Butter and corn syrup uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes
  8. Stirring after 1 minute
  9. Until melted and smooth
  10. Stir in baking soda until dissolved
  11. Pour over cereal
  12. Stirring until evenly coated
  13. Microwave on high 3 minutes
  14. Stirring every minute
  15. Spread on cookie sheet
  16. Cool 10 minutes
  17. Break into bite-size pieces
  18. In small microwavable bowl
  19. Microwave vanilla baking chips uncovered on high about 1 minute 30 seconds or until chips can be stirred smooth
  20. Drizzle over snack
  21. Refrigerate until set
  22. Store in tightly covered container
