Steps

  1. Combine flour
  2. Sugar
  3. Brown sugar
  4. Baking powder
  5. Baking soda
  6. Salt
  7. Cherries
  8. And all but 1 / 4 cup of the chips
  9. Combine milk
  10. Oil
  11. And egg
  12. Stir into flour mixture
  13. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with muffin liners
  14. Spoon the batter into cups
  15. Sprinkle remaining chips over top
  16. Bake for 18-20 minutes and 375 degrees
