  1. Heat oven to 350f
  2. Place 16 cookies in food processor
  3. Cover and process until finely ground
  4. Add butter
  5. Cover and process until mixed
  6. Press in springform pan
  7. 9x3 inches
  8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until firm
  9. Cool completely
  10. About 30 minutes
  11. Wrap outside of springform pan with foil
  12. Spread cherry ice cream over cooled crust
  13. Freeze 30 minutes
  14. Sprinkle chopped cookies and 1 / 2 cup of the chocolate chips over cherry ice cream
  15. Press slightly
  16. Spread vanilla ice cream over top
  17. Drop fudge sauce over ice cream in small spoonfuls
  18. Swirl slightly into ice cream
  19. Sprinkle with remaining 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips
  20. Press slightly
  21. Freeze about 8 hours until firm
  22. To serve
  23. Let stand at room temperature 5 to 10 minutes
  24. Carefully remove side of pan
  25. Cut dessert into wedges
  26. Top each wedge with whipped cream and cherry
