  1. Preheat oven to 350f and spray an 8-inch springform pan with non-stick vegetable spray
  2. Crust: in bowl
  3. Combine crumbs
  4. Water and margarine
  5. Mix well
  6. Pat onto bottom and sides of springform pan
  7. Refrigerate
  8. In food processor
  9. Combine ricotta and cottage cheeses
  10. Sugar
  11. Egg and vanilla
  12. Process until smooth
  13. Add cocoa and flour
  14. Process just until combined
  15. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until set around edge but still slightly loose in centre
  16. Topping: meanwhile
  17. Stir together sour cream
  18. Sugar and vanilla
  19. Pour over cheesecake
  20. Bake for 10 more minutes
  21. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set
