  1. In a small bowl
  2. Beat cream cheese and 2 tbsp sugar until light and fluffy
  3. Set aside
  4. In a large bowl
  5. Stir together flour
  6. 1 / 2 cup sugar
  7. Cocoa
  8. Baking powder and salt
  9. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients
  10. Combine egg
  11. Milk and oil
  12. Add all at once to dry ingredients stirring just until moistened
  13. Spoon about 2 tbsp of batter into each greased muffin tray
  14. Drop 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture on top and then more of the chocolate batter
  15. Bake 375f degrees for 20 minutes
