this recipe is adapted from about.com and calls for disaronno amaretto. salmon steaks can also be used instead of the fillets and a nice garnish would be lemon slices and fresh asparagus. marinating time in the refrigerator is included in preparation time

this wonderful, tender piece of pork is balanced perfectly when stuffed with fresh garlic and smothered in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh herbs and roasted to perfection.
this meal is one we always eat too much of. i recommend using sweet baby ray's or jack daniel's original bbq sauce. a good quality sauce makes a lot of difference. i serve it with my sweet, creamy coleslaw #100526.
