  1. In a sauce pan over medim heat
  2. Add chopped chocolate
  3. Sugar
  4. Salt
  5. Syrup and cream
  6. Cover and boil 5 minutes
  7. Uncover
  8. Boil slowly
  9. Stirring constantly
  10. To firm ball stage
  11. Remove from heat
  12. Add flavoring and stir until well blended
  13. Pour quickly over nuts which have been placed in well-buttered pan
  14. Allow to cool
  15. Cut into squares
