  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Grease a 13x 9 inch pan
  3. Unwrap rolos and set aside
  4. In a large bowl
  5. Combine cake mix
  6. Melted butter
  7. Milk and eggs
  8. Stir with a wooden spoon until well blended
  9. Press 1 / 2
  10. Or a little bit more
  11. Of mixture evenly into the bottom of prepared pan
  12. Bake for 6 minute in the preheated oven
  13. Remove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips and toffee bits over the top
  14. Press the rolos into the surface 5 across and 7 down
  15. Do not press all the way to the bottom
  16. Spread the remaining brownie dough over the top
  17. Return to the oven for an additional 20-25 min
  18. Or just until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean
  19. Cool before cutting into 35 squares
