  1. Place caramels in medium microwavable bowl
  2. Add milk
  3. Microwave on high 2-1 / 2 to 3 minutes or until caramels are completely melted
  4. Stirring after each minute
  5. Stir in pecans
  6. Pour into crust
  7. Microwave chocolate in medium microwavable bowl on high 1-1 / 2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is completely melted
  8. Stirring after each minute
  9. Add 2 cups of the cool whip
  10. Stir with whisk until well blended
  11. Spread evenly over caramel layer in the crust
  12. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  13. Let stand at room temp 10-15 min before serving
  14. Top with remaining cool whip
