  1. Prepare first 3 ingredients like pastry
  2. Press into 9x13 pan
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 until golden brown
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan and add other ingredients
  5. Stir vigorously on med-high heat
  6. Bring to a boil
  7. Stir for 3-5 minutes
  8. It will thicken and turn colour
  9. Cool slightly in pot
  10. Pour over pastry and cool til firm
  11. Topping: melt choc chips and butter and spread over filling
  12. Cut into squares or long fingers
