  1. Bottom layer:
  2. Heat oven to 350f in saucepan
  3. Over low heat
  4. Melt chocolate chips and butter
  5. Stir until smooth
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla
  8. Stir in flour
  9. Spread in lightly greased 13x9-inch pan
  10. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set
  11. Cool
  12. Filling:
  13. Melt butter in medium saucepan
  14. Over medium-high heat
  15. Stir in sugar and whipping cream
  16. Boil 5 minutes
  17. Remove from heat
  18. Stir in marshmallow cream
  19. Peanut butter and peanuts
  20. Spread evenly over bottom layer
  21. Cool
  22. Caramel layer:
  23. Melt caramels and whipping cream
  24. In small saucepan
  25. Over low heat until caramels are melted
  26. Spread over filling layer
  27. Cool until set
  28. Glaze:
  29. Cook and stir all ingredients in small saucepan
  30. Over low heat
  31. Until melted
  32. Spread over caramel layer
  33. Chill 30 minutes or until set
  34. Cut into bars
  35. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator
