  1. Dissolve coffee in hot water in a saucepan and add the milk
  2. Cocoa and butter
  3. "cook and stir over medium-low heat til blended"
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Transfer to a large bowl and cool completely
  6. "in a small mixing bowl beat whipping cream and cinnamon til stiff peaks form"
  7. Fold 1 / 4 of the whipped cream mixture into the cocoa mixture
  8. Then fold in the rest of the whipped cream mixture
  9. Spoon into dessert dishes and top with additional whipped cream if desired
