Steps

Combine flour
Sugar
And soda
Combine water
Margarine
And cocoa and bring to a full boil over medium heat
Stir cocoa mixture slowly into flour mixture
Add buttermilk
Eggs and vanilla
Stir until well blended and pour into a greased 13 x 8 x 2 inch pan
Bake at 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes
Chocolate candy icing: combine margarine
Cocoa
And mik and bring to a boil
Add sugar
Stir occasionally and cook 2 minutes over medium heat
Remove from heat
Add vanilla and nuts
Cool icing a few minutes but pour on cake before icing becomes too thick
