  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Combine flour
  3. Cocoa
  4. Baking powder
  5. And salt
  6. In separate bowl mix eggs
  7. Sugar and vanilla until thick
  8. Combine milk and butter
  9. Alternately combine egg mixture and milk mixture with flour mixture and mix until smooth and soft
  10. Spray pan lightly with cooking oil
  11. Fill with batter 2 / 3 full
  12. Bake 8 minutes
  13. Cool
  14. Carefully remove
  15. Repeat with rest of batter
  16. Frost or glaze
  17. After the first batch is done let the pan cool
  18. Wipe clean with cloth or paper towel and repeat process for second half
