Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. In large bowl
  3. Combine flour
  4. Sugar
  5. Cocoa
  6. Baking soda
  7. And salt with a whisk
  8. In another bowl
  9. Beat eggs
  10. Buttermilk
  11. Water
  12. Oil and vanilla
  13. Combine wet ingredients with dry until barely moistened
  14. Fold in chocolate chips
  15. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups with batter
  16. Bake at 425 for 8 minute
  17. Lower oven temp to 325 and bake for additional 12-17 minute or until tops are firm and muffins are done
  18. Cool on wire racks immediately
