  1. In a large bowl
  2. Combine the butter
  3. Marshmallow cream
  4. Salt and vanilla
  5. Using an electric mixer
  6. Beat on high until well mixed
  7. Beat in the cocoa powder on low speed just until incorporated
  8. Add the powdered sugar and mix on low just until incorporated
  9. Scraping the sides of bowl as needed
  10. If frosting is too thick you can add in milk or cream a teaspoon at a time until desired consistency
  11. Frosting can be refrigerated
  12. But bring to room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before using
