the best frosting i have ever tasted, apart from whiped cream frosting. you can adjust the amount of sugar to your liking, along with the chocolate, but this worked perfectly for my family and myself. be sure to sift the sugar and cocoa, although i did not have a sifter i did use a fork and got good results. the whipping cream makes the best fluffy frosting, half&half is second place.

we make two turkeys at thanksgiving -- smoked and roasted -- and this sauce is excellent with either turkey. it's tangy and full of flavor. it's easy to make to boot! 11/11 i just noticed that part of this recipe is missing so i am fixing now :)
the base for this recipe is ana molina's oatmeal muffins (no flour at all!) recipe #108564. i did tweak it quite a bit and really liked the results. these are great for sb diet phase 2 & 3. spray kitchen shears with pam to cut up the dried apricots
this recipe can also be made on the stove top using boneless skinless chicken thighs. very easy and delicious. i recommend using low-sodium broth and soy sauce. adapted from canadian living comfort cooking.
a light and delicate fish dish that lets the taste of the fish shine through and looks like little turbans. prepared with a sprinkling of wine, shallots, butter, cream, bread crumbs and parsley, it's excellent simplicity. easy and delicious.
roasted beetroot. roasting beetroot brings out it's flavour. this is far better than any tinned beetroot that you will buy. roast beetroot with the skin and tops on then leave to cool. the skin will fall away leaving a brilliant red bulb. use gloved hands
