  1. Prepare brownies according to box
  2. However pour the mix into two round 8 by 8 cake pans
  3. Make sure you grease the pans
  4. And bake according to box
  5. "the mix isnt supposed to fill the pans completely
  6. Just about halfway"
  7. After taking out the brownies
  8. And letting them cool completely
  9. You can start the whipped filling
  10. Begin by setting a large bowl and the beaters into your freezer for a couple of minutes
  11. Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl and beat on high untill it begins to thicken
  12. Add the sugar
  13. The vanilla
  14. And the peppermint extract if desired
  15. Beat the mixture untll
  16. Light and fluffy
  17. And resembles whipped cream
  18. Remove one brownie from pan
  19. And set on a platter
  20. Thickly cover it with whipped filling
  21. Then but the other brownie on top
  22. Cover that one too
  23. Decorate top with shavened chocolate or mint leaves
  24. Enjoy !
