these cookies taste just like the crunchy edge of the brownies. this recipe was developed out of pure necessity.

  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Blend with electric mixer until all ingredients are moist and blended
  3. With this recipe
  4. I sometimes add another 1 / 2 cup each of sugar and flour to get a thicker consistency
  5. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes
  6. Drop by the teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet about 1 1 / 2 inches apart
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 7-9 minutes
  8. Cool for 1 minute on pan and then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely
