Steps

  1. Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl
  2. Microwave on half power for one minute
  3. Stir
  4. And continue microwaving on half power
  5. Check every 30 seconds
  6. Until completely melted
  7. Stir in corn syrup and bourbon
  8. "in large bowl
  9. Mix together crushed vanilla wafers
  10. Confectioners sugar
  11. And chopped nuts"
  12. Blend in chocolate mixture until all dry ingredients have been well moistened
  13. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
  14. Form 1" balls and roll in granulated sugar to coat
  15. Store in covererd container at room temperature
