my husband and i came up with these and made them tonight. they are sooo yummy! great for holiday gifts.

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine chocolate chips and baking chocolate in microwave safe bowl
  3. Microwave 50 percent power for 2 minutes
  4. Repeat until melted and smooth
  5. Cool slightly
  6. Combine sugar and crisco stick in large bowl
  7. Beat at medium speed until blended and crumbly
  8. Beat in eggs
  9. One at a time
  10. Then salt and vanilla
  11. Reduce speed to low
  12. Add chocolate slowly
  13. Mix until well blended
  14. Stir in flour and baking soda with spoon until well blended
  15. Shape dough into 1 inch balls
  16. Bake for 8 minute remove from oven place hershey kiss in middle of cookie until cracks
  17. Remove from cookie sheet to cool
