  1. Combine flour

  3. Cocoa
  4. Salt and baking baking powder
  5. Separately
  6. Mix flavoring and eggs
  7. Combine
  8. Add splash of liquor or water as needed to have a sticky consistency

  11. Put this glob on a greased cookie sheet and arrange it into a log about 15 inch es long and 1 1 / 2 - 2" wide
  12. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  13. Remove from oven
  14. Let cool a few minutes
  15. Then slice diagonally into 1 / 2- 3 / 4" slices
  16. I got 18 pieces from mine
  17. Place the slices on their side and put back in the oven for 15 minutes
  18. Turn over and cook another 10-15 minutes
  19. If you can afford the fat
  20. A small drizzle of semisweet chocolate is wonderful on these when cooled
  21. I used about 2 tbsp
  22. For all the cookies
  23. Which added about 6 g
  24. Fat to the recipe or 1 / 3 g
