  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and clear a spot in the freezer for it
  2. Peel and cut bananas into halves or thirds depending on size and preference
  3. Insert a popsicle stick halfway into each one leaving a good handle
  4. Place bananas on baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour
  5. Place toppings on separate shallow plates
  6. Slowly melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a dish set over boiling water or use your favorite method for melting chocolate
  7. :)
  8. One at a time
  9. Spoon chocolate over each banana as needed to cover
  10. Once the banana has been covered with chocolate
  11. Roll lightly in desired topping
  12. Then return to the freezer to harden
  13. Repeat with remaining bananas
  14. Can also be refrigerated for up to 3 days
