  1. Mash the banana in a medium bowl
  2. Add the egg
  3. Vanilla
  4. Yogurt
  5. And water
  6. Whisk until a bit frothy and smooth
  7. In a smaller bowl mix the flour
  8. Baking soda
  9. Baking powder and cocoa powder
  10. Sift it into the banana mixture
  11. Mix until just blended
  12. It will be thick
  13. Use a ladle to drop some batter on a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
  14. Cook about 1-2 minutes per side
  15. When bubbles form on one side
  16. Its time to flip them over
