a good way to use up ripe bananas. it uses semi-sweet chocolate chips and has no eggs.

Steps

  1. In a large bowl cream together melted chocolate chips
  2. Butter
  3. Brown sugar and banana until smooth
  4. In a separate bowl combine flour
  5. Baking powder
  6. Baking soda
  7. Mix well
  8. Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture
  9. Add milk
  10. Stir in nuts if using
  11. Spoon into greased and floured loaf pan
  12. Bake at 350f for 50 -60 minutes
  13. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes turn out on wire rack to completely cool
