muffin shaped chocolate with a soft raspberry vanilla filling. raw dessert recipe.

Steps

  1. Melt the cocoa butter
  2. Coconut oil and honey in a bowl over a hot pot of water
  3. Once melted
  4. Add the cocoa powder
  5. Then add the spices
  6. Take it off the heat and place it in ice water for 1 minute
  7. Stirring
  8. Take it out of the water and continue to stir the chocolate
  9. Slowly
  10. For about 5 minutes
  11. Until it begins to thicken
  12. This more or less tempers the chocolate
  13. Once it reaches the desired consistency
  14. Pour about 2 tbsp in the chosen cake pan and
  15. Then place it in the fridge and move on to the filling
  16. Add all the ingredients
  17. Except the chia seeds
  18. To a powerful blender and pulse for few seconds
  19. Take it out and mix in the chia seeds with a spoon
  20. Once the chocolate in the fridge hardens
  21. Add the filling and place it in the freezer for about 10 minutes
  22. When ready
  23. Add some more chocolate on top
  24. To cover the filling
  25. And place everything in the fridge
  26. In more or less half an hour it should be ready to be gone !
