these are so delicious. make sure you bring them to a potluck or make them for lots of company - otherwise you'll end up eating the whole pan yourself!

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl
  2. Cream butter
  3. Sugars and peanut butter
  4. Add egg and vanilla
  5. Mix well
  6. Combine flour
  7. Oats
  8. Baking soda and salt
  9. Stir into the ceamed mixture
  10. Spread into a greased 9x13" baking pan
  11. Sprinkle with chocolate chips
  12. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned
  13. Cool 10 minutes
  14. Combine icing ingredients
  15. Drizzle over bars and smear with chocolate chips to make a chocolate / peanut butter icing
