  1. "pre heat oven to 400f / 200c"
  2. Cut sheet of pastry into 4 long pieces
  3. Cover 1 / 2 of each with chopped chocolate
  4. Sprinkle over the cinnamon then the nuts
  5. Fold over the other half to enclose the filling
  6. Press down well
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approx 15mins until puffed and golden
  8. Sift over a little icing sugar if desired and serve either warm or cold with some freshly whipped cream
