  1. In 2 quart microwave-safe bowl combine simply potatoes and water
  2. Cover
  3. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until potatoes are almost fork tender
  4. Drain and cool slightly
  5. Place cooled potatoes
  6. Beef
  7. Onion and mushrooms in 1 gallon plastic resealable bag
  8. Add chimichurri sauce
  9. Seal bag
  10. Turning gently to coat
  11. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer
  12. Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium heat
  13. Thread beef
  14. Potatoes
  15. Onion and mushrooms on 6 metal or soaked wooden skewers
  16. Grill skewers 10 minutes or until beef is done to desired doneness and potatoes are tender
  17. Turning once
  18. Drizzle with additional chimichurri sauce
  19. If desired
