  1. Put everything except the olive oil in a blender and using the "chop" setting
  2. Click on and off until you have a thick mixture
  3. Add salt
  4. Pepper
  5. More vinegar and lime juice as needed
  6. The flavor should be very intense with garlic and cilantro
  7. "dont be stingy with the salt either !"
