Steps

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor or blender to combine
  2. Pour chimichurri into 1 gallon ziplock bag
  3. Add meat
  4. Squeeze as much air as you can out of the bag
  5. Seal and refrigerate for 6-7 hours
  6. Turning occasionally
  7. Remove the meat from the marinade
  8. Bring meat to room temperature 20-30 minutes and then grill to your desired doneness
  9. Enjoy !
