  1. Brown ground turkey
  2. Add seasoning and water acording to pkg directions
  3. Remove meat from pan
  4. Heat enough oil in pan to fry
  5. About half full
  6. Wrap portion of meat into tortilla
  7. Burrito style
  8. Fill all torillas till meat mixture is gone
  9. With tongs place chimichangas two at a time in heated oil
  10. Seam-side down
  11. Fry till golden brown on both sides
  12. Serve topped with lettuce
  13. Cheese
  14. Salsa and sour cream
  15. Enjoy !
