  1. Filling : cook pork with water and salt
  2. 1 1 / 2 hours or until tender
  3. Cool and shred
  4. In blender or food processor make salsa with chiles
  5. Oregano
  6. Cumin
  7. Parsley and garlic
  8. Add to meat and bring to boil
  9. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens
  10. Gorditas: prepare masa as indicated on package
  11. Mix with pinch of salt
  12. Form masa into gorditas
  13. Cook in comal or skillet until lightly golden
  14. Slice each gordita into halves without separating them
  15. Spread with beans and fill with chilorio and diced onion
  16. Serve warm and enjoy !
