Steps

  1. Place noodles in a large heatproof bowl
  2. Cover with boiling water and leave to stand 2 minutes
  3. Using a wooden spoon to gently separate
  4. Spray a non-stick wok or frying pan with oil
  5. Cook tofu in 2 or 3 batches over high heat until browned
  6. Set aside
  7. Reheat wok
  8. Add ginger
  9. Garlic
  10. And onion
  11. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until soft
  12. Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until tender but still crisp
  13. Add drained noodles
  14. Tofu
  15. And combined sauces to wok
  16. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through
  17. Toss with sesame seeds and serve immediately
